These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website mounttvhub.online (the "Site") and any TV mounting or installation services ("Services") booked through MountTVHub, owned and operated by Shamsher Singh. By using the Site or booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
MountTVHub provides TV wall mounting, cable concealment, soundbar/speaker installation, TV relocation, wall reinforcement and related installation services as described on our Services page. The exact scope of work for each booking is confirmed in writing by email before the service is carried out.
2. Quotes & Bookings
- Quotes are provided based on the information you share about your TV, wall type and requirements. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual site conditions differ materially from what was described.
- A booking is confirmed only once both parties agree on scope, price and schedule by email.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your wall, TV and access to the installation site.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure clear access to the installation area on the scheduled date.
- Disclose any known wall issues (e.g. hidden wiring, plumbing, weak plaster) prior to installation.
- Remove or secure fragile or valuable items near the work area.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking by emailing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellation charges, if any.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care during every installation, MountTVHub is not liable for pre-existing wall, electrical or structural issues that are not disclosed before the appointment, nor for damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer. Our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and icons, is the property of MountTVHub unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party sites.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
